You may sumbit more than one cartoon to be judged. If you are selected to be in the "top 15" you will
get an email from us.
Cartoons are judged by:
- Skill of animator
- Funniness (if cartoon is comedy)
- Story (if cartoon is serious)
Animations may be a movie file or a GIF (in some cases Flash is accepted)
